FAQ

What should I send for an integration fix?

Which apps are involved (e.g. Typeform → Zapier → Notion), what should happen, and what's happening instead. Screenshots of the Zap or the error help a lot.

What if you can't fix my integration?

That's why we ask you to message us first. We'll check the issue before you order and tell you straight if it's not something we can fix.

What should I send for an avatar?

A clear photo of you, plus anything you'd like changed or kept, like glasses or hairstyle. Ordering for a team? Message us first about the bulk discount.

Is there anything you can't fix?

Sometimes the tool itself can't do it, and we'll tell you before you pay: Typeform can't limit how far ahead people book, Zapier checks for new data about every 2 minutes rather than instantly, and it can only fetch the latest few records, so old entries can't always be pushed through.
